Legislative Requirements


Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd agrees to comply with the new guidelines for Registered Training Organisations.


Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd will meet all legislative requirements of State and Federal Governments.  In particular, Occupational Health, Welfare & Safety,  Privacy, Equal Opportunity and Industrial Relations will be met at all times.


Access & Equity


All students will be interviewed and recruited in an ethical and responsible manner and consistent with the requirements of the curriculum or National Training Package or Industry Bodies.  The Access and Equity Policy ensures that student selection decisions comply with Equal Opportunity Legislations.


Qualified and experienced staff with the assistance of Industry will assess the suitability of the applicant to achieve the stated competency standards and outcomes of the course.


Policy & Procedures


Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd has policies and procedures in place that cover requirements und the AQTF (Australian Quality Training Framework) and any relevant State or Federal legislation.  Further information can be obtained from the RTO.


Management & Administration


Academic, financial and other records are maintained in a complete and accurate manner.  These records are managed to maintain confidentiality and will not be divulged to third parties unless authorised.


Training & Assessment


All Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd trainers will hold the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110) along with the necessary qualifications for the Certificate they are delivering.



Fees & Charges


You will be informed in writing regarding all costs and charges that you are likely to incur throughout your course.


Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd has a fair refund policy that is provided to each client prior to enrolments.  In the event that Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd is not able to fulfil its obligations to you, we have measures in place to ensure that you either receive the service from another RTO or a refund.

Training and assessment staff continuously engages with industry to ensure their knowledge and skills reflect the current industry practices.


Practical work sites and the learning environment will meet current industry standards to ensure the success of students.


Assessments will meet the National Assessment Principles (including recognition of prior learning and credit transfer).


Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd issues Qualifications and Statements of Attainment to students who meet the required outcomes of a qualification or unit of competency, in accordance with the AQTF standards.

Grievance Mechanism


Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd ensures that trainees and clients have access to a fair and equitable process for dealing with grievances.  Every effort is made by our organisation to resolve student/client grievances.


Where a grievance cannot be resolved internally, Educational Services & Consultants Pty Ltd advises students and clients of the appropriate departments where they can seek further assistance.
