How will Educational Services & Consultants help Employers and Apprentices?

• Contact and liaise with an ApprentiCentre to register a formal training contract;

• Negotiate a training plan between employer and apprentice;

• Provide all the off-the-job training and assessment for the apprentice, including granting any Recognition of Prior Learning and/or current competencies;

• Provide ongoing support to employers & apprentices with any issues that may arise to ensure that training stays on track;

• Visit workplaces at negotiated times during the apprenticeship to monitor training; and assess the apprentice.

• Issue a nationally recognised training qualification to the apprentice.

Not an Apprentice?

​

You may be eligible to have your previous work experience/education assessed and recognised under Recognition of Prior Learning.  If you have any gaps in training, please contact us to discuss an appropriate course of action under our Fee for Service Arrangement.
